I have been very happy and impressed with Joe's assistance through every stage of the process of my job, from the initial inspection and discussion as to scope where Joe offered very useful suggestions, right through to the finished job which is great. Joe was happy to be flexible when it turned out Highways wanted to do the dropped kerb part themselves and we agreed a revised quote which was very fair. In progressing the works, which he started very quickly once Highways had finished, he and his colleague were friendly and helpful, discussing minor adjustments to the layout to work around various obstructions to make sure the end result was something I was happy with and he could be proud of. They worked tirelessly through wet and sometimes wintry conditions in early January and the end result is definitely a positive addition to my home, not to mention a much needed off-road space for our cars. We've already recommended Norfolk Premium Driveways to one friend and that was even before the works were done, and would certainly not hesitate to recommend them again.

This drive repair and gravel was quite an extensive job. Joe and his team were prompt each day and worked hard to finish the work in 3 days as he had advised. The finished article looked excellent and he reassured me that if any problems occurred, he would return to see to them. All in all I am very satisfied with the result. He had said at the beginning that his estimate would not be the cheapest but in my opinion, it has been money well spent.

Excellent communication and top job. Managed to fit me in sooner than expected but kept me posted in days leading up to the start date. Removed existing driveway on day one, laid new asphalt with chippings the next. In all, took around 4-5 hours over the two day period for a large single drive. The end result is excellent and I would happily use again / recommend

An absolutely fantastic piece of work has been completed on what was a very rough, old driveway. Now replaced with a brand new chip&tar drive. Joe and his team were very prompt and offered very good options and opinions throughout the work. I am extremely impressed with all aspects from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend them.

The team came in and got on very efficiently. The job was completed very quickly with a good result. I wasn't too happy with the finish in the entrance to the gateway which I felt could have been neater. Also it would have good to have grass edges up side of driveway left without so much stone on it. But all in all a good job which has received many compliments.

He has first class customer service - listening carefully and understanding the requirements of the job offering bespoke knowledge and insight into the best solution. He was clear and transparent with the timeframe and costs throughout the work. He was spirited and his crew were all on excellent form. They practically finished the job before we woke up. Joe and his team were on time, they explained everything they were doing, the quality is fabulous, it’s only been finished for 10 mins and people have approached me on its quality. The tidy up process was quick, I am just sorry that some people who live up the road were confrontational. Joe was polite and courteous he cleaned the path and road outside I would thoroughly recommend this young entrepreneur and his team.

From the first conversation to make an enquiry, to the job being completed, Joe ( NPD ) have been absolutely Professional in approach, methodical in his work, and very courteous towards myself and my family. Initially Joe quoted for my drive to be resined, with the quote being very competitive I requested he priced for all pathed areas to the side and rear of my property to be resined also. My Wife and I have only positive comments to make regarding Joe and his team from NPD, and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires any aspect of driveway works carried out.

I am very pleased with the work Joe did to our driveway. It was full of potholes and a real mess. He and his team scraped, repaired rolled and covered it with gravel. It looks brilliant. They arrived on time, were very tidy and polite, kept their distance appropriately, and did a very efficient job. The kerbs they laid at the edge of the road are very neat and give the whole driveway a very professional finish. Joe is arranging for an extra ton of gravel to be left with us for future maintenance and the work comes with a three year guarantee, so we are very happy that the work will last.
